Szymon Bobek

Department of Applied Computer Science on AGH University of Science and Technology graduate. Szymon currently works as an assistant lecturer in Computer Science university department. He’s mainly interested in machine learning and intelligent mobile technologies. He also connects these fileds of science with his professional future. In his free time, Szymon climbs on both rock and panels and travels on motorcycle.

Horia Dragomir

UI Developer, Hungry and Foolish. He has worked in the empty spaces between application programming, product design, game development, data analysis, interface optimization and project management. He likes to spend his evenings wearing users' shoes, taking long walks on the beach.

Łukasz Grondecki

Owner and Creative Art Director in PAGE Interactive. Łukasz deals there with innovative design approach. He creates websites, mobile applications, visualizations, presentations and all sorts of promotion materials. He’s the originator and organizer of Warsaw Interactive Tools 2013 conference. During his career he worked for such companies as Adidas, Bosch, Gilette, GO-SPORT, Reebok, Samsung, Honda, Nivea, Procter & Gamble and XTB. Łukasz has an 11 year experience as a designer and during this time he worked with some of the biggest advertising companies in Warsaw. As an expert in interactive marketing he was invited to provide his opinion on Panorama, Brief or Telix.pl. Łukasz also deals with photography and creating short movie advertisements. His companies’ success is derived from balance between three connected fields – Design, Mobile and Motion. Work is Łukasz’s biggest passion.

Steven Hoober

Steven Hoober is a mobile strategist, architect, and interaction designer whose 4ourth Mobile helps large companies, mobile service providers and startups understand how to exploit mobile technology to meet the needs of their users, and the goals of their organizations. He has been doing mobile and multi-channel design since 1999, working on almost every type of product, from the earliest mobile app store and the first Google mobile search for Sprint, to mobile browsers, mobile sites like Weather.com and apps for companies like Hallmark, US Bank and Cummins. Steven co-wrote the O'Reilly book Designing Mobile Interfaces, maintains a repository of mobile design and development information at the 4ourth Mobile Patterns Wiki and publishes a regular column on mobile in UX Matters magazine, among other writing.

Wojciech Kaliciński

Wojciech Kaliciński is a Co-owner and CTO of interactive agency Kalicińscy.com, where he’s main task is selection of technology and software development, mostly mobile. Wojciech specializes in Android programming, in which he fell in love and promote from the start, since version 1.0. He regularly shares his impressive knowledge with other new technologies hotheads on meetings organized by Google Developer Group.

Grigoriy Kochenov

Creative Director at AGIMA Interactive Agency, the first company that introduced Responsive Web Design in Russia. Grigoriy has more than 10 years of web design and illustration experience. In AGIMA Grigoriy is in charge of what ideas and concepts go forward, he created many projects for companies such as Allianz SE, Raiffeisen Bank, RSA Group, Credit Europe Bank, etc.. He is frequent speaker on Russia’s top conferences and author of wide-spread articles about RWD in Russian language. Being a father of three beautiful children, Grigoriy is keen on children books illustrations.

Arkadiusz Konior

University of Warsaw, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics graduate. Currently Groovy programmer with seven years of experience in Java. Arkadiusz believes and follows the TDD rules. He also works on open-source build system for mobile applications, based on gradle. Arkadiusz works for Polidea and appeared on Warsjawa and Mobiliziation conferences as a speaker.

Karol Kopańko

Karol is a bloger at Antyweb.pl, where he writes about new technologies and their impact on our life. He also works with Wprost and CD-Action, sees over Felieton column in Magiel magazine where he loves playing with futurology themes. Karol is a student at Warsaw School of Economics and spends his time by looking for science oddities rather than learning. He loves passionate discussions, adores interesting movies and games, likes to play volleyball and finds it difficult to stop reading an interesting book once he started.

Adam Kubiczek

CTO „samo dobro”, AGH University of Science and Technology graduate and cofounder of KISS digital company. Adam is an experienced programmer who started his adventure with programming from writing machine code in his school notebook. He started with unknowing incompetence which with time changed into unknowing competence and finally evolved into awareness of incompetence. In KISS, Adam deals with programmers work organization, research and development and resolving all technological issues. In his spare time, Adam likes running.

Mariusz Lisiecki

Absolwent UAM w Poznaniu na kierunku Informatyka, specjalność Inżynieria Oprogramowania. Programuje pod iOS nieprzerwanie od 2009 roku. Pracował m. in. dla Roche Polska, eConsulting oraz SuperMemo World. Obecnie pracuje na stanowisku Starszy Programista iOS w Grupie Allegro. Prywatnie entuzjasta piłki nożnej.

Roman Łoziński

Since 2010 Roman works with Strategia K2, where he’s a professional out-of-the-box thinker. He stands right inbetween worlds of technology and psychology, causes havoc and stirs innovations. He’s an idealist, flip chart virtuoso and PowerPoint minister. In his free time, Roman thinks about things only kids and nutcases would find interesting.


Tim Messerschmidt

As a long time mobile and web developer specializing in Android, Tim channels his knowledge and experience as a Developer Evangelist across Europe for PayPal’s Developer Network. Tim is very passionate about startups, and serves as a mentor of Seedcamp, Wayra, Startup Wise Guys & Rockstart. In his spare time, he leads and creates training classes in all sorts of Android related topics, and is the author of the Android chapter of the Mobile Developer's Guide to the Galaxy, as well as numerous articles published in magazines like Web&Mobile Developer. His ongoing work on this topic and having an app in Google's Play Store with more than 300,000 downloads makes him a great resource for mobile related questions.

Monika Mikowska

Currently Monika is head of sales and marketing of a mobile creative & strategic studio, mobee dick. Monika also blogs at jestem.mobi, where she activates the mobile industry and promotes knowledge of mobile solutions. Fascinated by the trend of mobile since 2007. Professionally related with the interactive industry for 9 years. She implemented internet projects with the cooperation of: Masterfood, NIVEA Polska, Orange, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Kredyt Bank, Lukas Bank (Credit Agricole), BZ BWK, WP.pl, Nexto.pl, Pkt.pl. Monika specializes in UX of mobile applications and websites and mobile marketing strategies. Frequent speaker on mobile related conferences. Useful mobile banking and "3P" solutions spokeswoman. The author of a few reports, e.g. "Mobile marketing in Poland 2012/2013", "Mobile commerce in Poland 2013". An economic journalism and public relations graduate on Poznań's University of Economics.

Tomasz Musiał

Tomasz has 10-years experience on Internet advertising market. Since March 2013 he is responsible as Regional Manager for Smart Adserver company development in CEE region. Formerly he worked at NetSprint.pl as Business Development Director, Managing Director at BusinessClick.com (Money.pl Group) and as Business Analyst at IBM Deutschland in Stuttgart. Tomasz graduated Arhus School of Business in Denmark with specialization Business Performance Management and Warsaw School of Economics with specialization Marketing and Management. He is a scholar at Wirtschaftuniersität Wien in Austria. He is passionate squash-player, snowboarder and kite-surfer.

Michał Paluszczak

Sales manager in Krajowy Integrator Płatności SA. Since 2011 Michał also works in Transferuj.pl. He’s responsible for gaining new clients and maintaining coordination in introducing new payment systems to Transferuj.pl, innovative System Zasileń Kont Wirtualnych and RockPay Poland. In Krajowy Integrator Płatności SA, Michał deals with most important clients.

Rafał Pieszczek

Software developer working in French agency Nextedia. He’s worked as a programmer on social media applications used by most popular sites and created mobile websites using HTML5, jQuery Mobile, XUI, Java for Android and PhoneGap. He’s a passionate programmer who transformed his love for programming into his job. Rafał is a also a geek when it comes to innovations and new technologies. When he’s not busy with programming, he fills his time with looking for weak spots in security buffers of GNU/Linux and MS Windows operating systems.

Honza Sládek

Honza Sládek, co-owner at Clevis, is one of the top Czech experts on CSS and Responsive Web Design. He spoke at several conferences, he's probably best known from the Czech largest conference - WebExpo. He hosts public Responsive Web Design workshops (clients include Seznam.cz, Miton Media or Czech TV). He's currently working as an interaction designer and he loves orienteering.

Jonathan Smiley

ZURB Partner and Design Lead Jonathan Smiley has been one of the driving forces behind Foundation, the most advanced front-end responsive framework in the world. As one of ZURB's leads, he's worked on projects for big companies like Intuit, McAfee, Yahoo! and Facebook, as well as a bunch of fascinating startups. He is an ardent proponent of responsive design in a world where our devices have become extensions of ourselves. When not pursuing world domination at ZURB, Jon might be found playing the occasional video game.

Rafał Staszkiewicz

Experienced manager, entrepreneur and expert in strategy building, branding and marketing communication. Rafał is a partner and Country Manager in mobile advertising company Adello Poland, founder and CEO of mobile marketing agency Mobilizer and branding agency Omnibrand. He has an extensive business experience. Rafał worked as a e-business director in Infor Buznes (publisher of “Dziennik Gazety Prawnej”), where he was in charge of online business branch. Before that, he was strategy and development director in VC fund which is a part of Kulczyk Holding group. Apart from that, he was a vice director, chief of marketing advice and CRM in one of the biggest Polish consulting companies, DGA. For many years, he professionally deals with areas of marketing, branding and marketing communication – especially online and mobile. Rafał has both MA and doctor degree and graduated from Poznan University of Economics.

Iwo Szapar

As General Manager for Shopgate Poland, Iwo and his team mobilizes Poland by creating mobile websites and applications for Internet shops for over a year now. Shopgate, a startup based in Germany, is a world leader when it comes to using SaaS technology in mobile commerce. Shopgate partners on polish market are such companies as PayPal, PayU, MasterCard, SOTE or Wellcomerce. Shopgate has over five thousand customers in Poland, including Almi Décor, 5.10.15 and Local Heroes. Before all that, Iwo co-created ponpon.pl – first social commerce website in Poland. This allowed Iwo to develop his skills and gain valuable experience in electronic market. Privatly, Iwo is an Apple follower, soccer fan and loves Scandinavian crime novels written by Henning Mankell.

Piotr Szostak

Piotr’s experience in mobile business spans over the course of 14 years. He specializes in new media and technologies. Piotr is an originator and cofounder of interactive television 4fun.tv, where he was responsible for setting it into motion and administration. He successfully created and managed many interactive projects for companies such as TVP, Polsat, TV4, Agora, Eurozet, Stroer, Canal+ and Infor. Between 2002 and 2012 Piotr worked for Comtica, where he was playing the key role in development of the company and its products. He’s an originator and founder of such projects as Multiscreen.tv, Streemo and Styloskop. Currently, Piotr is a founder and works as Managing Director in development studio Nopattern.

Mariola Szypszak

Business Development Director in Norbsoft Sp z.o.o and Chairman of the board in mobile marketing agency mobiCreative Sp. Z.o.o. She works in mobile business since 2002 – first as a sales specialist, then as sales manager in CT Creative Team SA. She conducted various mobile marketing and VAS (Visual Added Service) projects. Mariola worked with such clients as Oriflame Poland, Nokia, LuxMed group, CM Medicover, CM Damiana, Falck Medycyna, GPE, British American Tobacco Polska and Multikino. She was leading many successful promotional campaigns, when mobile marketing business was still in its infancy. In Norbsoft she’s dealing with various aspects of new business. Mariola thinks that start of each and every successful mobile application needs to be connected with communication and promotion in mobile media. She strongly believes in simple applications backed up by top notch technological background.

Krzysztof 'Procek' Ścira

AGH graduate and owner of the desi9n.pl, a company which offers web solutions (hybrid mobile applications, websites, dedicated software). Frequent speaker on various mobile programming conferences. On Mobile Trends 2012 and 2013, Krzysztof's lectures were chosen by the audience as the best from the entire conference. Privately, Krzysztof’s passion is Olympic boxing.

Paul Verbeek

Paul is a JavaScript developer, working at Netvlies in the small, but crowded country of The Netherlands. Here he's establised one of the first Open Device Labs. In his job his aim is to create a better web for everybody on every devices. Be it an old dumbphone or a smart TV, content should be accessible anywhere. In his spare time he participates in the web community as much as he can, to learn from the people around him. That is why he organises local meet-ups and Web Platform Doc Sprints. And when he's not working he's a retro gamer, saving princesses or shooting ducks.

Marcin Wąsowski

Warsaw University of Science and Technology, Electronics and Information Technology faculty graduate. Today, Marcin professionally deals mostly with creating software for Android and iOS systems, but he has started his adventure much earlier, as a web developer and then working for a couple of years with .NET platform. Currently, he’s working with Amsterdam Standard company, where he is a leader of mobile programmers team. Marcin likes to spend his free time with his son Kuba, cooking or with camera in his hand.

Bartosz Witoń

Bartosz is working in mobile business for almost five years now. As Product Owner in Allegro Group he’s responsible for development of mobile applications for Allegro, Aukro.ua and Molotok.ru. Bartosz made the application work on most famous platforms – iOS, Android and Windows Phone. He graduated from Poznan University of Economics, electronic business specialization. Bartosz is interested in issues connected with development and usability of mobile applications.

Tomasz Witt

Tomasz Witt is co-creating the polish market for visual-added services for mobile phones since 2001. He’s a partner and chairman of the board in Norbsoft Sp z.o.o. – a company which specializes in innovative solutions for mobile appliations. In total, Tomasz worked on more than 200 B2C and B2B projects for such clients as Agora, Orange, Payback and SkyCash. Recently he’s involved in Norbsoft development and marketing agency mobiCreative. Privately, Tomasz passion are mobile phones. His collection includes 150 different mobile phones – from the oldest suitcase phones to the most technologically advanced models.
